To commemorate Ray's Electric and General Contracting's founders Raymond and Muriel Binette for their hard work and dedication to the community, the Binette family is pleased to offer two scholarships in their memory to two hard-working students at the Berlin Area Career and Technical Education Center at Berlin High School. The recipients are chosen based on their work ethic and dedication to learning a trade.
